Lawn Care

Creative Contours, LLC offers the most flexible commercial lawn and landscape care program available. Programs are specifically tailored to your property’s lawn while meeting your budget requirements. 

You can depend on the professionally-trained and certified specialists who meet or exceed certification/licensing requirements. And adding a variety of equipment to handle all jobs, makes Creative Contours, LLC your preferred lawn care company. 

Mowing/Trimming/Edging 

• Grass will be maintained at a height of 3½ -4 inches tall. 
• All debris will be collected prior to mowing. 
• Curb lines, walks, drives, trees, plant beds, etc., will be trimmed around each time the grass is cut. 
• Loose clippings will be cleaned off pavement, walks, drives, etc., before the crew leaves the job. 
• Average number of cuts a season is 26. 

​Lawn, Tree and Shrub Spraying 
Creative Contours, LLC offers herbicide control for broadleaf weed control in lawn areas, as well as insecticide spraying for lawns, trees and shrubs, i.e. grub worm control on lawns; bag worms on trees and shrubs. 

Spring / Fall Cleanup 
Cleanup of property includes the collection and removal of leaves and tree debris. 

Mulch Bed Maintenance 
Mulch beds are thoroughly policed for weeds and neatness. If weed matting is not included in landscaping, a pre-emergent is applied. 

Granular Fertilizer Program 
The granular fertilization program is set up on a five-part application, and exact dates are adjusted according to weather: 

1. First application by March 30; includes pre-emergent and fertilizer which helps thicken and green up the lawn, and controls broadleaf weed germination. 
2. Second application by May 30; includes pre-emergent and fertilizer to eliminate broadleaf weeds as they start to germinate and eliminate existing broadleaf weeds. 
3. Third application by July 1; includes a slow release fertilizer to green up the lawn before the hot, dry summer, and broadleaf weed control as needed. 
4. Fourth application by September 1; includes a slow release fertilizer to green up the lawn after the hot, dry summer, and broadleaf weed control as needed. 
5. Final application by November 1; includes a winter fertilization to promote a thick and healthy lawn to withstand winter elements and come up green and healthy in the spring. 

Shrub Trimming 
Each species is trimmed twice during the growing season in accordance with its’ characteristics and surroundings.

 

Snow Removal and Salt

Snow Removal
Creative Contours, LLC is equipped for small and large jobs, including parking lots, drive lanes, sidewalks and driveways. Contracts are set up to apply salt when there is less than two (2) inches of  snow, and price estimates for snow removal are provided on accumulation amounts, i.e. 2-3 inches, 4-8 inches, and 9-12 inches of snow. Modification can be made, however, according to client’s preference, needs and budget.

​Salt
Competitive pricing is available on salt for parking lots and driveways, and Ice Melt for sidewalks and steps.
